I see there are 3 choices in corona stimulators...basic, focusing pods and urethra amp.

Looking for a comparison of sensations between the three choices given my chosen config. Anyone have all 3 that can compare/contrast them? Which is your favorite and why?

1. Yes, you do want to use lubricant. Unless you are using the self adhesive electrodes, you always need lubricant. Not only does it help increase the stimulation felt, but it helps protect you by reducing the risk of burns from potential gaps between the electrode & your skin.
2. Water-based lubricant is the best choice, especially if you are using conductive silicone electrodes, such as the P.E.S. Electro-Flex products. It reduces your skin's resistance to the electricity, protects you, won't damage your electrodes, & if it starts to dry up, just keep a spray bottle of water handy and spritz the area to refresh the lube.
3. DO NOT use Baby Oil, Vaseline, body lotion, face creams, or any other product that is not specifically intended for sexual lubricant. Baby Oil & Vaseline are petroleum products and strongly discouraged as sexual lubricants because not only are they bad for your insides but they are bad for your toys. They will damage them.
4. When using items you insert into the urethra, please use a STERILE water-based lubricant. These lubricants are labeled as sterile. Usually you will find them through medical sources but a lot of companies that sell toys for people into medical fetish & urethral play (sound play), will also sell these lubricants.
5. Over the years we have said you can use Olive Oil for lubrication. This is still true BUT you will get more stimulation from your power source & your electrodes if you use a water-based lubricant such as ElectroLube.
6. NEVER EVER use silicone based lubricants. They are insulators & on the conductive silicone products will eventually destroy them. They won't conduct after a while if you use a silicone-based lubricant. This also applies to the new hybrid lubes that combine water-based lubes with silicone-based lubes.
7. There is a lubricant specifically intended for use with the Self Adhesive Pads. It is more a glue like lubricant that helps extend the life of the pads and keeps them more firmly in place. It is definitely worth the investment.
8. If you are using anal toys and are one of those who like to use any kind of desensitizing creams or lotions because you like to try plugs that are larger than your body is completely comfortable with, don't use them when using the Acrylic Anal Plugs (or Stanley & Jr) because something about those products damages the glues we use to assemble the products.
